To provide children with a good primary and secondary education and professional training for a secured livelihood. To provide daily respite care for families with children with severe disabilities and those infected and affected with HIV/AIDS and corona virus. To provide training, education and support to families and communities in the care of children and young adults with special needs.

To provide children and the vulnerable with adequate nutrition and good diet and a minimum of at least three meals per day. To lobby and advocate for fair policies and laws that affect the daily life of the disabled and vulnerable community through research, networking and strategic alliance building.
